Who knew 50 high kicks (each leg!) would be so tough! But it did loosen up the hip joints and stretch the hammies which felt good. Then the Russian twists were a killer. I used a 2kg weight and after the first set of 25 I kept my feet on the ground.
My advice for today...check on YouTube or Pinterest what each exercise actually is. My boyfriend and I had completely different ideas of what high kicks and Russian twists were!!
